Good friday seafood meal!

Since today is Good Friday which means we can't eat meats. So I decided to make some shrimps, scallops and potato chips on my BBQ using the Kettle-Q griddle!

Scallops and shrimps are pretty easy to cook but you have to make shore they are completely white all the way through. If you over cook them they will be like rubber! Whit this in mine you have to keep a close eye on them! So lets get cooking!

Ingredients:

  • Large scallops
  • Large raw shrimps peeled and deveined
  • Club House lagrille Seasoned Salt
  • Club House Garlic Plus
  • Potatoes peeled and slice into chips

Directions:

I decided to use the Kettle-Q griddle. to cook this Good Friday meal. Pre-heat the BBQ and griddle till water sizzles at a fast rates on the grill!

Spray the griddle with Pam or olive oil and lay a layer of potato chips and seasoned them with a sprinkle of the seasoning salt. Close the lid of the BBQ and let them roast for 2-4 minutes.

Now flip the potato chips and season them again with a sprinkle of seasoned salt and close the lid and let them roast for another 2-4 minutes again or until they are nice and golden!

Ok time for a quick cleaning of the Kettle-Q griddle.

Now spray the griddle with some Pam and put your shrimps on the hot griddle and seasoned them with the garlic plus and flip them after 3 minutes and cook the other side for 3 minutes or until they are all white all the way true!

Spray the griddle with Pam or olive oil and put your scallops on and close the lid for 3-5 minutes! Then flip them over and continue to cook them for another 3-5 minutes or until they are completely white all the way through!

I also wanted to wish all my readers, friends, and family a Happy Easter weekend!

Happy Grilling!
